All of you know that swimming is a great exercise that helps you to keep fit both physically and mentally. Swimming is of many types. Some of them are Human swimming, Open water swimming, Aquatic locomotion and sports swimming.
Swimming uses us in many ways like bathing, traveling, cooling your body, sport activities, Fishing and exercise. During swimming your whole body has to work out and it’s the best way to relax.
When compared to the other sports, swimming is at the low risk but you must sure that you are swimming in clean water. I hope all will practice this exercise and get benefited.
